Summerjam 2020 canceled due to Covid-19. Politicians decided to ban all major events in the world with Germany at least until August 31, 2020. Yes, This year Summerjam would have celebrated a double anniversary of 35 years of occurrence and 25 years in Cologne, Germany.

As a matter of life for the artists, visitors, and employees, sadly though about this decision, we got nothing to do about it rather have to abide by the national guidelines for public interests

The Summerjam management has tried to forecast and check all possible means to enable the event in September but mob uncertainties associated with the expected situation prove more difficulties in travel and organization of the event with different regulations of the visitors’ respective countries and social distancing.

There was a suggestion of relocation but the management decided against it within 2020. Therefore, a fixed date was determined, July 2 – 4, 2021 ahead with positivity. Still, at Fuhlinger See in Cologne.

All the artists who had confirmed to grace Summerjam 2020 have agreed to be there come 2021 shortly after the “Summerjam 2020 canceled” official notification was sent to them.
